Danit Peleg

3D Printed Digital Fashion Designer
Danit Peleg is an Israeli designer often credited with launching the world's first fully 3D-printed ready-to-wear clothing lines. Danit studied fashion and apparel design at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design where her 3D printed graduate collection received global attention in both the fashion and tech worlds. Danit founded her studio after graduating and went on to design custom gowns for high-profile clients including American Paralympic champion Amy Purdy. Danit has become a professional public speaker, sharing her accomplishments and findings at conferences and exhibitions, including a TED talk in 2015. Danit has been featured in major international publications including the New York Times, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Vogue and Elle. She is especially proud of the work she does to advance technology like her creative collaboration with Gerber Technology. She recently launched her second 3D printed ready to wear collection, on her new platform; the collection is the world's first commercially available 3D garment. She has been included in Forbes’ Top 50 Women in Tech, BBC’s 100 Most Inspiring and Influential Women from Around the World and Globes’ 40 Under 40.
