Adeena Sussman is a recipe developer, food & travel writer, consultant, and an author and co-author of 14 cookbooks. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Communications and from the Institute of Culinary Education with honors. Adeena made aliyah in 2018 and currently lives, cooks and writes in Tel Aviv. Her cookbook “Sababa: Fresh, Sunny Flavors From My Israeli Kitchen,“ was named Best Fall Cookbook in 2019 by The New York Times, Bon Appétit and Food & Wine. Her three collaborations with Chrissy Teigen —”Cravings,” “Cravings: Hungry for More,” and “Cravings: All Together” — were all New York Times best-sellers. Adeena’s personal writing and recipes have been published in Food & Wine, Condé Naste traveler, The Wall Street Journal, Martha Stewart Living and Every Day with Rachel Ray among others. Adeena employs Masa Career Fellows who are interested in food, travel, and recipe development.
